New, Never Erected, Currently Located in Harrisburg, PA, One Wall is 250’ by 20’ high, and the other wall is 150’ by 20’ high. These walls are engineered to withstand up to 110 MPH wind velocity conditions. All the primary steel members are hot-dip galvanized. All the secondary structural steel members are roll formed from pre-galvanized coil material. The exterior wall panels are 24 gauge coil material finished with silicone polyester over Galvalume substrate, white in color. All fasteners are Cadmium-plated carbon steel self-drilling, white in color. Trim and flashing pieces are also 24 gauge with a silicone polyester over Galvalume substrate, white in color. Insulation has a flame spread rating no greater than 25, with a TPO membrane on the inside face to protect the insulation from the elements. All engineered drawings will be included with the purchase. These walls were ordered for a job that was cancelled. New cost was $200,000.00. Would prefer to sell as one lot
